In order to make sure we are tasting all the delicious bubbly while we are here in Paris, I thought it would be fun to make it a monthly goal. Every month we will make a delicious dinner and drink a new-to-us bottle of Champagne. There are so many distractions, actually just two of them named Luke and Theo :-), it has been difficult to get around to see and do all Paris has to offer, this should be a piece of cake!
